A laska & Arnold

AWWWWW! Arnold & Alaska are inseperable! Arnold is a weenie 1½" (3.5cm), is fully thread-jointed and has armature and he is made from long pile upholstery velvet and ultra suede. His nose is embroidered with red silk thread and he wears a natty pair of checked trousers with green suspenders and red bead buttons. He clings lovingly to Alaska's neck and nuzzles up to him! Alaska - the "silly old bear" is 2" (5cms) to the shoulder, fully jointed, is also made from long pile upholstery velvet and is partly filled with steel shot. He has a green and red silk nose, needle-sculpted paws and wears a hand knitted striped cap with a silver star hanging from the end.

C hristmas Tree Decorations


All 2½” (6cms), from top to bottom made from german mohair with cashmere muzzles and ear linings. The balls are paper mache, hand crackled/painted and varnished with a satin finish. Around the necks of the bear's heads are stiffened cotton fabric ruffles and upon their heads they wear hand knitted caps with painted bells. Their faces have been airbrushed to give a more "aged" look. 

All decorations slightly different  $25 each

Noel theChristmas Elf

Up,Up and Away!! Noel is 1¾" (4 cms) and sits astride a sculpted resin reindeer
with metal antlers and saddle that stands 5" (12cms) on a hand-painted wooden base.
He is fully thread jointed with armature in all four limbs and his legs are made from cotton and have been hand painted
His body and arms are made from hand-dyed, long pile, American upholstery velvet in a deep scarlet
and his body is filled with tiny steel shot. His head and paws are also made from long-pile American upholstery velvet
He has a tiny embroidered scarlet silk nose on his ultra-suede muzzle.
He wears a hand knitted hat in stripes of scarlet, green and ivory with a tassel on the end,
holly leaves and berries on the brow, with the same leaves and berries
also decorating the front of his suit. His wings are a beautiful green organza and are both edged and flecked with gold

  Ashby 

Ashby comes snuggled in a hand knitted mohair blanket nestled inside a oval, papier maché Christmas box.
  He is 1¾" (4 cms), fully jointed with a wobbly head joint - so he can snuggle down even better!  He is made from a pale silvery green upholstery velvet with ultra-suede pads and muzzle in a contrasting colour
 and wears a green and winter white striped knitted cap on his head. 


The box Ashby sleeps in has a Christmas tree in relief on the lid and has the words "Oh Christmas tree, Oh Christmas tree!" written around the edge

Parsippany

Parsippany is 2" (5 cms), is fully jointed with armature in her 'arms' and is made from upholstery velvet with hand painted, purple striped calico legs and has ultra-suede pads and muzzle. She is partly filled with fine glass beads. She wears a glittery pumpkin color skirt and a cape of Fall hues both trimmed with gold and bronze lurex threads. She also wears a eggplant colored kid witch's hat decorated with a gold star and carries her tiny twiggy broomstick which has a pumpkin head on the handle along with a bat. Parsippany rides upon a cotton fabric 4" (10cms) "half-moon" which is embellished with gold stars and comes with a plexiglass stand.

Pie The Pumpkin Micro

At 1¼" (3.5 cms) Pie the Pumpkin Micro is one of the smallest Micros in the range. He is fully thread jointed made from cashmere with ultra-suede muzzle and pads and onyx bead eyes. His body is a 'pumpkin' with ultra-suede leaves and tendrils around the neck and he wears a pumpkin top as a hat complete with a stalk and tendril.

Hephzibah

Hephzibah is a primitive style pure wool felt Halloween cat with a hand appliquéd design on the front consisting of a 'scarey' tree, pumpkins, a spider's web, stars and a crescent moon. The hand stitched quote reads "Witches Cats Lurk On Hallows Eve" Hephzibah has a wired tail and stands at 3½" (7.5 cms)

Pins

All 2½” (6cms), fully jointed and made from long pile American upholstery velvet with ultra suede pads and muzzles. All exquisitely dressed and accessorised (scarecrow even has a weenie mouse in his hat!) by hand and backed with a brooch bar. nb The pins pictured here were shop exclusives designed for Garden Gate Teddys and therefore any new pins will differ slightly .
