My Amish Raggedys are 2"- 2½” & made from tea stained calico & cottons. Each one is fully thread jointed. She wears bloomers, a dress, bonnet & a cape. Their hair is made from linen strands & hers is braided. He wears shirt, pants & a hat. The " Tortoise & the Hare" is set on a 7" clock-face base complete with hands & a "winding road" that goes off into the distance. Mr Hare is enticing poor old tortoise to hurry along by waving a lettuce leaf in front of his face! He also wears a miniature gold pocket-watch - just to keep track!Mr Hare stands at 4" & is fully jointed with armature in all four limbs. He is made from a beautifully soft velvet & cashmere & I have used three different color fabrics - russet, beige & cream. His face has been airbrushed & sculpted as have his fluffy feet!The tortoise is 2½" long & 2¼" tall and is made from faux leather with a quilted cotton print 'shell'. His body is armatured so his feet & neck are poseable & face/head have been needle sculpted. His shell is trimmed with a fine leather thonging & he even has a tiny tail!
"Cougar" is made from cotton fabric with ultra-suede pads and muzzle. He sits 2" and has a wired tail & needle sculpted face/head. His nose is embroidered with silk thread and his over-sized whiskers are cotton quilting thread. $85"Pungo & Pogus" are quite the pair! "Pungo" is 2¾" tall & "Pogus" 2". Both are made from printed cotton fabric with ultra-suede pads & muzzle. Thier tails are wired & "Pungo" has a leather thong bow and a copper bell hanging from his, whilst "Pogus" has his twisted like a corkscrew! $150 pair"Jet" is made from cotton fabric with ultra-suede pads and muzzle. He sits 2" tall & is busy grooming himself! He has a wired tail & needle sculpted face/head. His nose is embroidered with silk thread and his over-sized whiskers are cotton quilting thread. $85

"Pendleton" is 2" small & is fully jointed & he is made from cashmere & ultra-suede. He wears a pure wool felt, hooded duffle coat with tiny bead fastenings & a pure wool felt hat. Holding up the brim of his hat is a teenie 'safety pin'. Attached to the fastenings of "Pendleton's" hooded duffle coat is a tiny luggage label. He also comes with a hand-thrown pottery Marmalade jar with a cotton cover. The jar is 1¼" tall."Pendleton" is 2" small, is fully jointed & is made from cashmere & ultra-suede. He wears a pure wool felt, hooded duffle coat with tiny bead fastenings & a pure wool felt hat. Holding up the brim of his hat is a teenie 'safety pin'.

"Buick" is 3" is fully jointed & armatured, made from long pile upholstery velvet & ultra-suede. He wears "distressed" cotton overalls, a bandana & carries an oily rag & a coffee mug. He leans on an old oil drum set on top of a wooden pallet with a miniature blow torch & wrench.This piece is set on a round, wooden base 6" across with a 'gravel' surface & complete with oil stains! Amongst the accessories are old licence plates, an oil drum, a wooden pallet, garage signs, a gas can, oil cans, a wrench, a blow torch & a muffler. All are high quality miniature pieces."Cadillac" sits 2½" atop the oil drum in his dad's workshop. He is made from long pile upholstery velvet & ultra-suede, is fully jointed & armatured. He wears an oily pair of cotton overalls (well patched), a bandana & carries a miniature metal oil can.
"Danbury" is 4½" and made from a beautiful blonde, sparse German mohair. He has matching cashmere muzzle, pads & ear linings which have been 'darned' with gold lurex thread. His black silk nose is also highlighted with gold thread. He is fully jointed with a wobbly head joint."Danbury" is actually a 'fallen angel' as his cotton print wings are detachable! Printed on his frayed wings are the bars & lines of a Christmas carol, angels, stars & hearts & they have gold elastic bindings so they can be easily slipped on or off - as the mood takes him! On top of his head "Danbury" wears a gold, thread halo which has slightly slipped over one ear! It has been embellished with fine gold lurex threads & tiny gold stars. His body has been partly filled with fine glass beads.
